I am a rural Missouri native. I attended undergraduate at Truman State University. I achieved my degree in optometry from University of Missouri St. Louis in 2016.  Following my graduation, I completed residency in ocular disease management at the Marion, IL VA hospital.  I specialize in diagnosing and managing diseases such as dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.

When I am not examining eyeballs, I enjoy horseback riding, rock climbing, and hiking with my dogs.  I also enjoy travel, and have had the pleasure of serving with VOSH International delivering free eye exams in Haiti.

I grew up in Hillsboro and currently live with my husband in De Soto. I am a graduate of St. Pius X High School in Crystal City. I love to listen to music, read books, watch movies and play cards and pool with family and friends in my spare time.

I have worked in the optical field since 1984. My optical career started in a full service lab. Upon changing jobs and wanting to learn more, I progressed to Clinical Technician and then finally to an Optician. My employment at McCullough Eyecare began in April 2007. I started as a part-time Lab Technician. Within a few years, I became a full-time Optician/Lab Technician. In December 2009, I passed my ABO (American Board of Opticianary) certification.  I've worked for both large chain optical stores as well as private practices. I enjoy the private practice setting the most. It is great to like what you do and the people you work with and for everyday.

I am grateful for the relationships I have made at McCullough Eyecare. Thank you to all of our wonderful patients.

I grew up in South County and now live in Festus with my husband, 4 children and our great dane.  I gratuated from Bayless High School. In my spare time, I love to read and spend time with my family.

I started out in the eyecare field in 2001 at a practice in Brentwood, MO. My first position was at the front desk then I transitioned to an Optometric Technician.  I love working in a room with patients helping them to see better!  In 2009, I started work at McCullough Eyecare to be closer to home.  I have always worked in a private practice and prefer to keep it that way.

Private practices make it more about helping patients.

I have found a wonderful work family at McCullough Eyecare. And some pretty amazing patients as well!
